On March 21st, the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) submitted a request to Governor Tom Wolf on behalf of all members requesting that the state grant a waiver that would allow contractors to safely finish work on those projects that are currently underway. The request is for a blanket emergency waiver for all participants in the shelter industry and close construction jobs that are currently underway and at risk. THANK YOU! The Call to Action emails have been heard by the Legislators. You have proven that you are a powerful force when you express yourselves. At this time, we ask that you please “STAND DOWN” on contacting the members of the PA Legislature and the Governor's office. However - you are encouraged to contact the Governor’s Office to voice your individual business concerns. Specifically, you may complete a waiver requesting to keep your physical locations open. **PLEASE CLICK ON THE title above for full links and resources.**
