The Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties (HBA) is a professional trade organization comprised of more than 250 companies involved in every aspect of the new home construction process. The HBA advocates for public policy initiatives and sustainable building techniques that balance the need for strong economic growth and environmental protection. The HBA is dedicated to providing and protecting the American dream of home ownership for current and future generations.

The HBA is conducting an open blood drive at the American Red Cross (located in the Gay St. Plaza in West Chester) from June 20—July 1. There is free off street parking and plenty of time slots to choose from online. Visit and select the West Chester location. Put HBA next to your name when making an appointment. It’s just that easy!

The HBA held its 2016 Synergy Awards ceremony, April 21, 2016 at the Fuge, Warminster PA. The Synergy Awards honor excellence in construction, sales and marketing, as well as design of new homes in Chester and Delaware Counties. HBA Executive Vice President Lauren Adams said, “This event honors the best in our industry, it is a pleasure to work with our members and we congratulate this year’s winners.”
