The HBA works to make housing issues among the top priorities of local regulators and policymakers. We are diligent in finding solutions that protect housing affordability, promote workforce development, and improve supply chain constraints. Removing impediments in the way of member success is our focus.
Fighting for the American Dream
The U.S. has a housing shortage of more than 1 million homes, and would-be buyers are being priced out of the market. The HBA and its affiliate memberships, the NAHB and PBA, urge policymakers to implement solutions to improve housing affordability.
