Presidents Message

Dear HBA Members,

I’m honored to serve as President of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties for the 2026–2028 term. Building homes has been in my family for generations.  I’m proud to carry on the work of my father as the second generation, and I’m excited at the thought that my son may someday continue this tradition as the third generation. For me, homebuilding isn’t just a career; it’s a family legacy and a commitment to our local community.

Over the past decade as an active member, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside so many dedicated builders, tradespeople, and industry partners who share a passion for quality craftsmanship. As a small, family-run custom builder, I know firsthand the value of collaboration, shared experience, and problem-solving together. That’s what makes this association such a special community.

Together, we will continue to protect the opportunity of homeownership. We’ll share ideas, advocate for policies that support housing affordability, and stay engaged in our Political Action Committee efforts. We’ll also remain committed to giving back through community projects that remind us why we build, to create homes and strengthen neighborhoods for local families.

This association is more than a professional network. It’s a community built on trust, craftsmanship, and a shared belief in the future of our industry. I’m grateful for your confidence in me, and I look forward to leading with transparency, supporting our local builders and trades, and celebrating the homes we create as lasting expressions of our craftsmanship.
