About the Council
The Tri-State Multifamily Housing Council serves the home builders association members in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery counties, the Lehigh Valley, South Jersey and the state of Delaware. The council represents the specific interests of builders, developers, owners, and managers of all sizes and types of condominiums, rental housing and mixed-use developments.
The Multifamily Housing Council serves the diverse needs of NAHB members involved in all aspects of multifamily housing, including design, development, finance, ownership, management, and sales and marketing.
Membership in the Multifamily Housing Council is $85, which includes membership at the local and national level, eligibility for all educational seminar discounts associated with your Multifamily Housing Council, membership, national and local award eligibility.
