PennDel 50+ Housing Council

The PennDel 50+ Housing Council was formed in June 2006 and serves the home builders association members in Philadelphia, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery counties, the Lehigh Valley and the state of Delaware.

Tri-State MutliFamily Housing Council

The Tri-State Multifamily Housing Council represents the specific interests of builders, developers, owners, and managers of all sizes and types of condominiums and rental apartments. The Multifamily Housing Council serves the diverse needs of NAHB members involved in all aspects of multifamily housing, including design, development, finance, ownership, management, and sales and marketing.

Sales & Marketing Council

The Sales & Marketing Council, through its various committees and task forces, provides professional credibility by offering education and certification programs, and developing the Association’s Awards Program for excellence in building, sales and marketing.
