Voice of Housing Auction

AN AFTERNOON ON THE CHESAPEAKE

The winner and up to five of  his or her friends will meet at the Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbor (about 1 hour drive from West Chester) at noon on a mutually convenient day and board a Catalina 30 sail boat, “Glorious Day”, for an afternoon of sailing, swimming and relaxation.   The owner is a licensed captain, but you and your guests will have ample opportunity to participate in the handling of the boat.  If winds are light, we will probably anchor for swimming or otherwise we can just keep sailing as you may wish.  Lunch is served on board and soft drinks are also provided.  (Sorry, no alcohol while under way).  We will  arrive back at the dock in time to enjoy the sunset.  Champaign and cheeses are served back at the dock.  Afterwards, you may wish to cap off your day by enjoying dinner (at your cost) at one of the fine restaurants in Chesapeake City.   Retail Value - $720.00.  Thank you to Ron Agulnick, Esq. for donating this item.
