Is the Voice of Housing Democrat, Republican, or Independent?
Contributions made to political candidates and parties are done on a bi-partisian basis. The Voice of Housing PAC contributes to candidates who support issues of concern to the members of the HBA of Chester & Delaware Counties.
To whom can the Voice of Housing PAC make political contributions?
The Voice of Housing PAC may make contributions to political parties and candidates at the State, County, and Municpal Levels.
If I am not a Builder Member, why should I contribute?
Legislative and policy decisions that appear to only effect Builders and Developers, in fact influence all businesses affiliated with the building industry.
Can I make a contribution with a corporate check?
No, only contributions made with personal or LLP checks can be accepted.
Is my Contribution deductible?
Contributions are not deductible for Income tax purposes. Contributions to the Voice of Housing of Chester and Delaware Counties Political Action Committee are vountary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National, State, or Local Associations will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed.
