Home Builders Association Announces New Hires
West Chester, PA- The Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties (HBA) is pleased to announce the hiring of two new employees, Kira Barbieri and Lauren Tappenden. Barbieri will serve as the Director of Communications and Member Services, while Tappenden will take on the role of part time Office Assistant.
Barbieri comes to the HBA after working for the Philadelphia Soul, as well as the Walt Disney Company. She is a 2004 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Advertising/Public Relations. As Director of Communications and Member Services she will be responsible for developing and managing membership recruitment and retention programs. In addition she will be responsible for managing all facets of the HBA’s communications and public relations efforts.
Tappenden is a 2003 graduate of Garnet Valley High School, and a current student at West Chester University. As office assistant, Tappenden will serve as support to HBA staff members in the daily operation of the HBA office, maintain the association database, and perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.
