Poff Elected 2008 President of the Home Builders Association of Chester & Delaware Counties
West Chester, PA-West Chester, PA resident Craig Poff of MJJ Investments is the new 2008 president of the Home Builders Association of Chester & Delaware Counties (HBA). Poff served the HBA as builder vice president in 2007 and brings extensive leadership and experience to this position, especially in the business of land acquisition and development.
“I look forward to serving the association as we face many challenges and work to build consumer confidence in our local real estate market,” commented Poff. “In fact, now is a particularly good time to purchase a new home due to the many choices of homes, incentives and options currently offered by builders. In addition, building technology has advanced rapidly in the last few years leading to increased energy efficiency, which can lead to lower utility bills and improved overall quality that reduces ongoing maintenance/ownership costs.”
Poff’s executive team includes Builder Vice President David D’Agostino of David D’Agostino Builders; Associate Vice President Dana Roos of Roos-Turnbull Consulting; Treasurer Wayne Megill, Jr. of Megill Homes, Inc. and Secretary Michael McGee, HBA executive vice president.
