Hearing on O'Neill subdivision continued

By: Susan L. Serbin

UPPER PROVIDENCE - A zoning hearing scheduled for a development proposed by Sean O'Neill Sr. has been continued due to the unavailability of the project engineer. The four-lot subdivision requires relief from buffer setback and disturbance of very steep slopes. The project has been represented by a number of professionals and has been scaled back from the original plan with more lots.
